"What I enjoy about coaching is simple. Being a part of the Nitro program to help continue to create a safe environment to teach our girls life lessons through softball. over time they have developed a "I can & I will" attitude by trusting the process to learn how to handle adversity. In that process, you find out who you are & what you're capable of."
